At The Park

My boys are DYING to get outside every chance they get! Jace has always been my outdoor boy, and has already tried to play outside in flip-flops and no jacket. Kayson is less obsessed with outside than Jace, but still loves to go play whenever he can. I found him outside with no shoes OR pants on. Maddox is just discovering the outdoors. I think he might be a little MORE obsessed with it than Jace. He gets mad when it's time to come back inside. He will shake his head no, or refuse to walk the same direction the house is in. He has walked with the boys on Grandma's road instead of riding in the stroller. I think he could have walked a half a mile that day. LOL!

When the days are especially nice, we go to the park. Needless to say the boys are in heaven, and I get a kick out of helping them enjoy themselves on the swings or slides. Maddox has yet to do anything BUT the swing! But I'm sure as he gets more stable on his feet, the slide will be next.

So glad my boys enjoy the outside! But I'm even more glad that the weather is warm enough so they can use up some of that energy! Winter was too long this year ;)

Just a bit of FUN!

Blogging has been exceptionally hard lately. Between figuring out the new way to post things, and needing to spend more time cleaning up after my growing boys, blogging is low on the priority list.

BUT! I do have something fun I want to remember and do it before my Mom kicks me off the table so we can eat dinner.

We had a special Valentines Day this year. Isaac was able to come out for the weekend due to school being out for Presidents Day. YAY! Ryan and I had a nice dinner and relaxing evening out. Best evening we've had for a while. Thanks to my Mom and Dad for watching the boys! Then we surprised the boys by taking them to lunch and BOWLING for their first time!

It was SO much fun! Jace and Kayson LOVED it and had the hardest time waiting for their turn! Isaac loved that it was Cosmic bowling with all the lights. Maddox was happy to just watch everything that was going on.

As for the winners, Jace and I tied. Ryan came in 2nd, Isaac 3rd, and Kayson came in last. Jace got a strike which was SO fun to watch. Maddox got to roll on one of Ryan's turns.
